Saturday, October 24th vs. UOIT Ridgeback

The Ravens came into this contest riding a 4-game unbeaten streak, but their performance early on did not bode well for a positive result on Saturday afternoon.

Carleton’s stellar defence surrendered a suspect goal just minutes after the opening kick-off to fall behind early. UOIT’s George Meditkos buried a weak shot past Ravens keeper Felix. Two Dates to Alumni Dinner, Daigle after the defense failed to clear the ball from danger. Carleton’s lethal front man Andrew “Big Man” Bryan, who came into the game leading the team with 8 goals, became a major factor in the Ravens’ comeback. The mercurial forward hit the back of the net in the 70th minute and again in the 80th minute to complete the comeback. Tim Campos played his most effective game of the season for Carleton as he delivered a man of the match performance to help guide his team back into contention.

Sunday, October 25th vs. Trent Excalibur

On a chilly Sunday afternoon the Ravens took on their OUA East rival Trent Excalibur. Coming off a decisive victory over UOIT, the Ravens were looking to close out the regular season on a positive note. The Ravens came out on fire quickly scoring two goals in the first 15 minutes, the first at the 9 minute mark through Mekonen Lovemore-White and the second at the 11 minute mark coming through Tim Campos. The Ravens kept the pressure on scoring a third through Danny Saladini in the 74th minute. The Excalibur replied with a late goal through Will Horton in the 80th minute. The Ravens finish the regular season in 4th spot in the OUA East and now will host the Nipissing Lakers at MNP Park on Wednesday, October 28th @ 3:00pm.

Ravens Playoffs – Wednesday October 28th: Carleton Ravens vs. Nipissing Lakers

It’s that time of year again – it’s playoff season!!!

The Ravens finished the regular season in 4th spot in the OUA East and will now host the Nipissing Lakers at MNP Park on Wednesday, October 28th @ 3:00pm. All alumni are encouraged to take to afternoon off to come out and support the lads!! For those of you that are not able to attend in person, you are encourage to follow all of the action online @ www.oua.tv
